Quantity Surveyor, Secondry Steelwork Keynsham, Bristol.

Due to re-organisation, Structural Systems Ltd is seeking to employ a Quantity Surveyor to enhance their commercial team.

With an annual turnover of approximately £2 million, we provide a market leading service in the design, supply and erection of secondary steel and have an extensive portfolio including stadia, hospitals, schools, colleges, industrial and commercial buildings.

Reporting to the Directors of the company your role will be the control and management of the financial aspects of contracts from the initial review of documents and pre-let meetings, through valuations including the variations to contracts and onto the contracts final account and retention release.

The ideal candidate will have gained practical experience in the construction industry, preferably with a steelwork bias.

You will have a focused attitude, excellent communication skills and must be able to work within a small team.
Ideally you will have a HND or equivalent qualification.
Salary is negotiable.
